Why I’m Here
Years of working with clients (and my own health ups and downs) taught me a simple truth: exhaustion, brain‑fog, stubborn weight, or digestive misery rarely come from “lack of willpower.” More often they stem from hidden micronutrient gaps, mismatched meal timing, and habits that no longer serve the life you want.
